Home Values Predicted To Rise 10%

     Predictions for the housing market in 2013 and 2014 have continued to bright for months now. An article released by Realtor Magazine features predictions from a Barclay Wall Street Journal analyst. His predictions are that home prices will rise by 10% in 2013 and 8% in 2014. Is this just the natural correction from the state of the housing market last couple of years or are low mortgage rates possibly the catalyst for this rise in home prices? Either way, the predictions for the housing market for the next two years is certainly a positive one.
