Foreclosure Crisis Coming to an End
Foreclosures have been plaguing the real estate market for the past couple of years. A recent article released by Realtor Magazine shows some great trends from earlier this year that would suggest the the crisis may be over. Foreclosure rates dropped 32% in July of this year as compared to last year.
Here at the Lake of the Ozarks a large decline in foreclosures has been the same trend that we have been experiencing. There is some talk of another wave of foreclosures coming next year but for now, they have slowed.
