Buying vs Renting
Buying a home is the largest investment that most people make in their lives. Over the past couple of years it has been harder to purchase homes and many people have shied away from it. This new article released by Realtor Magazine reconfirms that buying a home is typically better than renting. A study done in the 100 largest metro areas showed that owning a home is less than half as expensive as renting. Some great information to take into considerations now that the house marketing is showing tendencies to becoming a sellers market again.
