Boomerang Buyers
More positive news for the home buying industry and the state of our economy was released by Realtor Magazine. A large number of "boomerang" buyers, as they call them, are going to be making home purchases this year. These "boomerang" buyers are those people that had to foreclosure on or short sale their homes in the last couple of years due to the poor state of the economy. It is being predicted that these people will be re-entering in to home ownership for the first time since having to let their homes go. To me this is showing how much our economy and the housing market are improving. I am very optimistic that 2013 is going to be a great year for the housing industry!
