Real Estate Bidding Wars?

The real estate market over the past couple of years have been less than favorable for most people but the next couple of years are being predicted to much different. For the past couple of weeks now reports have been being released that sales are expected to increase dramatically, foreclosure will be far and few between, and the extreme discounts on houses is a thing of the past. The latest reports release by Realtor Magazine say that buyers need to act fast on the existing foreclosures and predict bidding wars for homes this spring.

Real estate at Lake of the Ozarks is showing signs that these predictions may in fact be correct. As I've stated before, the excess inventory and foreclosures are starting to decrease, sales are up about 25% over last year for RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, and we are starting to see multiple offer situations.
